Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and ma888 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs the use of the ma888.one website and all related services provided by ma888.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any services provided by ma888, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are not permitted to use the ma888 platform.

ma888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use after any changes are published is considered acceptance of those changes.

Account Registration and Management

To use ma888 services in full, you need to register an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Required information includes your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address and valid payment information.

Each user is only allowed to hold one active account. Holding more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, address, mobile number, IP address or payment method — violates the terms of service and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party
• Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account
• Any changes to personal information must be updated through the account profile section or by contacting customer support

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

ma888 supports a range of payment methods suitable for players in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for crypto payments which are processed at current market rates.

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are usually processed within one hour after the request is approved. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, as a money laundering prevention measure.

• ma888 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals

Bonus and Promotion Policy

ma888 offers various promotions to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and expiry dates stated at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The ma888 welcome bonus gives a 200% bonus on the first deposit up to RM1,000. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200 and your account balance becomes RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — in this case, RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another account
• ma888 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion without prior notice
• Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion type and will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented

Game Rules and Wagering

All games offered on the ma888 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and fish shooting, have their own rules which can be viewed within each game's interface. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing.

Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed. ma888 is not responsible for any losses arising from valid game outcomes. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, the affected wager will be settled according to established internal procedures.

• Valid funds in a voluntarily closed account will be returned according to the standard withdrawal procedure
• Accounts closed due to a breach of the terms of service may not be eligible for a refund of funds
• Members who have closed their account may re-register subject to a reassessment by ma888
• A self-exclusion programme is available for members who need a break from gambling activity

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licence held by ma888. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through discussion between the member and ma888.

Members with a formal complaint must first submit their dispute in writing to the ma888 customer support team. ma888 will endeavour to resolve each complaint within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, ma888 will provide further information regarding available alternative resolution channels.

Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed only to the extent necessary, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

ma888's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that right. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ma888 regarding the use of this platform and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
